This rule helps fill every available week and maximize rental income for the trust during our limited summer season. An empty week means lost income that we cannot recover later. A clear payment deadline gives others time to use the house and helps us make the most of every summer week, rain or shine.

A WALK-THROUGH FOR THE FAMILY
Four sisters, a rotating choice, and a clear payment record.
Choosing begins November 1, 2026 for the 2027 season. Chris picks first. We choose in rounds: everyone gets a turn to pick their first week, then their second, then their third, and so on. Each turn is for one week. Passing moves the turn to the next person still choosing and does not give up future turns.
2027 order: Chris → Lisa → Joanne, then repeat. Trish is sitting out.
Choose a week for yourself or family members. The person who books the week remains responsible for payment. Pass a turn if you don’t need a week. Trish is opted out of choosing for 2027. All sisters can pass their turn or opt out for the year; no week count is required.
Each week costs $100, due seven days before Sunday arrival. For example, a June 6 stay is due May 30. You will see an alert in the app when payment is coming due. Pay Joanne; she records payments received.
Everyone can see the booked dates, who booked the week, the payment deadline, and whether payment is paid or unpaid.
Exact opening and closing dates, and whether the weekly rate should remain at $100 for 2027 or increase.
Everyone has the opportunity to vote or add a discussion note. Once voting closes, the decision to approve or decline will be based on the votes received. If you do not vote, your choice will not be counted, and the decision will move forward without your vote. A tie vote puts the proposal on hold.
